Who we are

A consultancy built to close the distance between intent and impact.

Social Bridge Consulting Private Limited is a dynamic consultancy firm committed to supporting organizations, governments, businesses and communities in creating sustainable and impactful change. Our team brings expertise in a variety of sectors, offering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of various business, governmental sectors and societal groups.

Aims & objectives

Research & Assessment, done for a reason.

We undertake baseline and formative research to understand and evaluate the needs of children, women and vulnerable groups — assessing community needs, identifying existing systems and their gaps, and recommending interventions and process upgradations for the effective implementation of policies and programmes.

Every study we run is designed to end in a decision: what to do, for whom, and how to know it worked.

Domains of expertise

Eight domains, one discipline.

01 Social Development & Vulnerability Studies
Understanding who is being left out, why, and what would change that — with evidence gathered where people actually live.
02 Programme Evaluation & Organizational Strengthening
Independent assessment of effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability, paired with capacity-building so findings become improvements.
03 Behavioural Change Communication
Interventions that shift norms and practices — in gender equity, child protection, health and environment — designed with communities.
04 Strategic Communication & Media Management
Communication aligned to the cultural and social context of stakeholders, with media management and public-relations support.
05 Fundraising & Proposal Development
Proposals carried from conceptualisation through approvals, with funding routes evaluated across government, non-government and private sources.
06 Project Management & Implementation
End-to-end delivery: feasibility, resource mapping, regulatory documentation, site readiness and execution — on time and on budget.
07 Regulatory Compliance & Audit Controls
Compliance treated as capability: audit-ready systems, documented controls and the confidence that comes with both.
08 Human Resources Consultancy
Manpower assessment and audit, with professional and psychological consultancy to improve workforce well-being and performance.
