Evaluation & Organizational Development
Culture & Employee Engagement
Culture is what happens when the leadership leaves the room. It shows up in exit interviews, in who speaks at meetings, in whether problems travel upward or get buried. We measure it honestly and help organisations close the gap between the values on the wall and the behaviour in the corridor.
Scope of work
Measure candidly. Act visibly. Repeat.
Engagement surveys fail when staff suspect the results will be sanitised or, worse, traced. Ours are anonymous by construction, reported without varnish, and — the part that actually moves morale — followed by visible action on at least the top grievances. Our workforce well-being practice pairs the measurement with professional and psychological support where the findings call for it.
- Employee satisfaction and morale measurement: anonymous surveys, focus groups and exit-interview analysis
- Culture diagnosis — the real norms around voice, failure, recognition and workload, named plainly
- Core values and mission alignment: values defined with staff, then wired into hiring, appraisal and recognition
- Workplace inclusion and diversity: representation review, POSH compliance readiness, inclusive-practice training
- Retention analysis — who leaves, when, why — and initiatives targeted at the actual causes
- Wellness programmes with professional and psychological consultancy support, not just a webinar calendar
- Annual pulse cadence so culture is tracked like any other performance metric
Losing people and not entirely sure why?
The organisation usually knows the answer; it just hasn't been asked safely. We know how to ask.
