Feasibility Studies
A plan that works on paper has passed exactly one test: paper. Feasibility work asks the field the harder questions — will the land be available, will the road survive winter, will households pay, will the department staff it — before commitment makes the answers expensive.
How we work
Every assumption gets a site visit.
We decompose the proposal into its load-bearing assumptions — demand, supply, site, staffing, approvals, money — and test each against evidence gathered where the project will actually live. Market and feasibility studies for new ventures, resource mapping, regulatory documentation and site readiness are core services of this firm; the feasibility study is where they meet.
- Demand assessment: who will use or buy, at what price or effort, verified with the users themselves
- Technical feasibility: site conditions, utilities, connectivity and seasonal access, physically inspected
- Financial modelling: capital and operating costs, revenue or funding streams, honest sensitivity ranges
- Regulatory pathway: clearances, land status, departmental NOCs — listed with realistic timelines
- Social feasibility: community acceptance, displacement or equity concerns, likely objections
- Operational feasibility: who runs it in year two, with what staff, paid from what
- A go / no-go / go-if report with conditions stated sharply enough to act on
Holding a proposal that hasn't met its site yet?
A few weeks of feasibility work is the cheapest insurance a capital decision can buy.
